PRICING MODEL & WORKFLOW


Model A:

Workload based cost = Hourly Cost x TotalTime x Staff Number

Apply to daily, continuous, frequent-collaborative works.

Usually, model A applies to dedicated staff for client or the tasks that is measurable numerically or in other ways. The hourly cost is based on the staff's working experience and the fair local salary of similar position or role, or calculated by the combined manpower involved.

Note: A dedicated staff for client can be hourly based. For example, a designer can dedicate 4 hours/day for one of his client, and UniServe charge that 4 hours to client. 


Workflow: 

1. UniServe's quotation based on Client's inquiry to accomplish specific tasks or direct need of the manpower.

2. Client interviews staff and/or do some trial task within certain time.

3. Sign Contract(general terms) and PO(specific order of certain period or project)

4. Downpayment: With or without, depends on the projects and tasks.


MODEL B:

Result based cost = Stage 1 cost + Stage 2 cost + Stage 3 cost + ... Stage N cost

Apply to clear final goal with segmented  stages works.

Usually, model B applies to the tasks that can not be easily measurable or is result-based. The cost is based on the task's difficulty and staff's working experience and the fair local salary of similar postion or role, or calclated by combined manpower involved.

Note: Model B will also has a dedicate account manager for client.

 

Workflow: 

1. UniServe's quotation based on Client's inquiry to accomplish specific tasks or direct need of manpower.

2. Client interviews staff and/or do some trial task within certain time.

3. Sign Contract(for general terms) and PO(a specific order for certain period or project or certain batch)

4. Downpayment: With or without, depends on the projects and tasks.


Both models give us choice of control and management transparency.
